Fit2Go incorporates this philosophy in a unique approach
to traditional weight-resistance training, cardiovascular
exercise and diet/nutrition. What results is a comprehensive
7 Level Resistance and 4 Zone Cardio program capable of
improving any person, of any age, with any personal fitness
or wellness goal.

Resistance, Cardio
& Diet
These three components comprise the traditional
fitness, exercise and physical wellness regimen. Our unique
approach integrates the three into a custom and complete
program not found anywhere else.
Cardio Zone Training
While most programs encourage overall
cardio training, Fit2Go utilizes a four-zone system tailored
to your specific goals, with consideration for your current
cardio health, lactate threshold and heart rate.
A. Fat Burning
This zone is the most common prescribed
cardio exercise level. Also known as "recovery",
it's suggested for overall fat loss and health and only
utilizes about half of your maximum heart rate over long
time periods of exercise.
B. Increase Stroke Volume
Used to increase overall speed and
strength, this is the most strenuous level of cardio training,
utilizing 85 percent of your maximum heart rate over moderate
time periods of exercise.
C. Increase Lactate Tolerance
This zone incorporates interval training
over short time periods, exercising at high and low heart
rate levels to increase the overall efficiency of your
body's ability to utilize oxygen.
D. Build Aerobic Base
Designed to increase overall endurance,
exercise in this zone is more challenging than Zone A but
not as difficult as Zone B. over moderate time periods of
exercise.
7 Level Resistance
Program
It's more than weights or cardio or diet.
It's conditioning your body to excel and become stronger,
physically and mentally. Only Fit2Go brings you an nontraditional
approach to your goals.
From the most basic,
fixed-plane exercises to the most engaging and complex exercises,
each Fit2Go client starts at a different level, where they are
most comfortable yet challenged.
As the client progresses through the levels, each workout will engage more muscle
fibers spanning across multiple muscle groups. This progression will build upon
previous levels and will require more of the body. The result will be a healthier,
stronger, and more fit individual.
1. Fixed Plane
- creates basal hypertrophy
This level uses the most basic, single,
fixed plane machines that often focus on one muscle. Clients
learn form and tempo.
2. Free Plane -
eliminate compensation
This level retains control of motion
along a plane, however the plane is mobile, allowing for
greater development of the singular muscles and muscle
groups. Clients learn form and synergistics.
3. Cable/Smith - develop
range of motion
Clients learn fluidity and breathing.
4. Bilateral -
use of real weights
This level incorporates the use of
barbells. Clients learn concentration and spotting.
5. Unilateral -
increase symmetry
This level incorporates the use of
dumbells. Clients learn confidence and control.
6. Body Weight
- improve athleticism
This level integrates cardiovascular
and plyometric exercises utilizing body weight and free
movements. Clients learn balance and angle of gravity.
7. Core - increase
core stability
This level incorporates the use of
a "fit-ball" or "resist-a-ball" and
other tools to increase core strength. Clients learn functional
vs nonfunctional exercise differentiation.
